Finally, I have access to info for CMPStar. Here is the full stats for May.
Total - 669$

Here is eCMP for each networks, for May stats:
CMPStar for Joes Farm in May: $220.51*1000/402,367=$0.55
Mochiad for EF:Afghan in last 7 days: $59.83*1000/253,105=$0.24
Gamejacket for Shuffle Next in last month: $43.12*1000/71,970=$0.60

Every networks have own advantages,
MA have awesome distribution feed, GJ have version control and awesome CPM, CPMStar easy to implement.
I suggest you use all of them =)
