Moneybookers no longer a payment method option for USA
Unfortunately, Moneybookers no longer supports sending or receiving money from the United States to someone outside of the United States as of
mid-November.
What can i add? WTF! =(
if someone know good alternative way to get money from USA to RU - let me know.
UPDATED: *this issue have been fixed*(for MA,CPMStar ads-networks).

Did you tried Google Checkout ? Or to be paid by check or transfer from account to account.
The last solution... you find someone that you trust in a different country which will get the money for you from Paypal and will transfer it to you via Moneybooker.

Checks are evil.
minimum 3 month waiting and fee 10%-20%(witch payed for 1 try).
problem about PayPal - only one account per 1 address =) even i know few trustful people - they all using PayPal =( and i prefer deal money by my self.

usually i use wire transfer. but paypal is my alternatives payment processors.
