Johny-K vs Backflip Round 1

If you didn`t hear, listen! It`s worth to know more about it!
Johnny-K, developer of Ragdoll Canon, has finally sent the request to AppleStore about rip-off of his game - Ragdoll Blaster.
What all is about - Backflip used Johnny-K`s work for commercial use - Johnny-K developed game, art&style, level-design, character-design - and together - art-style with ragdoll-gameplay - is Johnny-K`s visit card nowadays.
How much - 2m$ are at stake. Apple Store* has already sold over 2m$ of copies, using Johhny-K work. (*Backflip got 70%).

Since we are talking about direct sales - users pay to content provider directly, and about real complex work - Johnny-K has a good chance to shout-down their game at least, or shut-down their business at best in the case if they will not agree to pay to him (but I guess they will 'fight' first - 6-figures numbers worth it), especially I bet they were aware of that this would happened.

Progrees for now: Backflip hired a Lawyer to 'deal' with Johnny-K. But looks like they went too cheap - the layer has no any knowledge of IT specifics =) I assume Johnny will continue pressure Apple to go further, till it or Backflip will do what they should do.
