Portals and services - 7k7k & YouYouWin

Hey folks,
as you probably already know - I`m the one of men who working with YouYouWin.
+

Actually everything is quite simple - you sent them a game with their API, they sent you back money. For me they use moneybookers.
As far as you know - most of Asian portals simply blocks all external links in our games via flash player security model. The sad thing about it - is the legal way of using flash player, but, tnx to YouYouWin, games that distributed via them - unblocked, so ads work and earn money for a Developer.

"YouYouWin"[Distribution service] is division of "7k7k"[Web Portal], they are not the same companies(some people tend to think they are). As a big company, they have many people and use many ways to tell about themselves. So you probably going to get, or will get soon messages from them, few or a lot =).

What I d like to say - they reliable, when it comes to money and their service.
But if somebody else here have any experience with them - in bad or good way- would be great you to share with us as well.

Flash Game Monetization Case Study: Emanuele Feronato

What’s the best recipe for monetizing your game? Flash game blogger and self-proclaimed geek Emanuele Feronato (aka MochiAds member Triqui) weighs in with the results of his experiment.

By Emanuele Feronato:
On October 28th, 2007, I started a an experiment where I released a one-day game called Circle Chain to see if I could earn some bucks with a Flash game. Since that day, I published a total of 10 games and I am currently developing some more.

A year later, this is what I made:

* MochiAds: $4,628.18
* Third-party sponsorship: $4,000.00
* API integration: $250.00
* Donations: $124.00
* Google Adsense: $390.77
* Revenue Sharing: $20.80
* Grand total: $9,413.75

Using 'Big Title' Expirience - Clone Wars, eCPM stats

I`d like to highlight some after launch info about EF:CW.
Here is info about release.

What experience I get with this game?

  • 'Big Title' works - game goes high very fast, and was featured on some sites. Beside that, original flash game - "Star Wars:Clone Wars", was worse than "Elite Forces:Clone Wars".
  • Nice thumb with 'Clone Wars' theme attracts more then usual cool thumb.
  • Some portals do not accept copyright materials, so for some portals and licenses I prepared Clone Assault game.

Lets check how eCPM was changed from last info, as base we will use EF:CW:
